Ingredients
- Tuna 60g
- Yellowtail or Hamachi 50g
- Salmon roe 20g
- Boiled shrimp 50g
- Rolled egg 50g
- Green beans 5 pieces
- Rice 1.5 cups
- Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 4 teaspoons
- Salt 2 teaspoons
How to make it
- Cook rice in HEGE.

- Let it cool for about 30 minutes.
- Top with diced ingredients to finish.
