Ingredients

  • Tuna 60g
  • Yellowtail or Hamachi 50g
  • Salmon roe 20g
  • Boiled shrimp 50g
  • Rolled egg 50g
  • Green beans 5 pieces
  • Rice 1.5 cups
  • Vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar 4 teaspoons
  • Salt 2 teaspoons


How to make it

  1. Cook rice in HEGE.

  2. Mix the vinegar, sugar, and salt with the rice, then spread the rice flat along the sides of the pot.
  3. Let it cool for about 30 minutes.
  4. Top with diced ingredients to finish.
