[EVENT]HEGEで炊く、ふっくらごはん。親子でつくる手毬寿司ワークショップ

[EVENT]Parent-Child Temari Sushi Workshop: “Cooking Fluffy Rice with HEGE”

Rice cooked at the touch of a button is convenient, but why not take the time to cook rice over an open flame once in a while?

There is something special about adjusting the heat and discovering just the right texture for your rice. Gathering around the rising steam and sharing conversation with family—the time spent waiting for the rice to cook can become a meaningful part of the meal itself.

In this workshop, we will introduce an easy and enjoyable way to cook rice over an open flame using HEGE, tableware designed for direct-flame cooking, together with a portable gas stove. Even those trying this cooking method for the first time can join with confidence.

Once the rice is ready, we will add a variety of flavors using carefully selected seasonings from AKOMEYA TOKYO. We will then pair the rice with popular ingredients to create colorful, eye-catching temari sushi. Parents and children can enjoy choosing their favorite combinations and creating their own unique temari sushi together.

Choose, cook, create, and eat.

Through HEGE and ingredients selected by AKOMEYA TOKYO, discover the flavors of quality ingredients and the joy of cooking and eating together. Join us for a colorful temari sushi-making experience that parents and children can enjoy—and recreate at home.
