〈Credit Card〉
Payment will be processed at the time of purchase.

〈Cash on Delivery〉
Please pay the product price upon delivery of the item.
Cash on delivery is not available for total amounts exceeding ¥300,000 (including tax).
We only accept cash.

〈Bank Transfer〉
After placing your order, we will send you an email with payment instructions. Please make your payment by 11:59 PM on the specified date.
We do not issue a dedicated transfer form.

〈Convenience Store Payment〉
You can use FamilyMart, Lawson, 7-Eleven, Mini Stop, and Daily Yamazaki.
After placing your order, we will send you an email with payment instructions. Please make your payment by 11:59 PM on the third day from the order date.
We will begin processing the shipment once your payment is confirmed.

〈Smartphone Payment〉
You can use PayPay or MerPay.
Payment will be deducted from your balance at the time of purchase.

〈Paidy〉
We will send you a billing request upon completion of the shipment of the products.
Please make the payment by the due date specified in the Paidy regulations.

〈Pay-easy〉
After placing your order, we will send you an email regarding payment instructions.
Please make the payment by the due date specified in the Pay-easy regulations. Please change as below.

Shipping Fee
Shipping within Japan is free for purchases of ¥15,000 (including tax) or more.
For purchases less than ¥15,000 (including tax), there is a flat rate shipping fee of ¥1,000 nationwide.
Shipping to the United States is ¥5,300 for packages up to 1kg, ¥7,900 for packages weighing 1.01kg to 2kg, and ¥10,300 for packages weighing 2.01kg to 3kg. All shipments are sent via EMS (Japan Post).
Cash on Delivery Fee
Flat rate of ¥330 nationwide (including tax).
Transfer Fee
Varies depending on the bank.
Convenience Store Payment Fee
190 yen (including tax)
Pay-easy Fee
190 yen (including tax)

Terms for Returns
We cannot accept returns unless the product is defective.
In the unlikely event that there is a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will exchange the item for a non-defective item after the item is returned to us, with shipping charges paid on delivery.
