Sales Price

The selling price shall be the displayed amount (displayed price and consumption tax included).

Please note that shipping and various fees may be charged in addition to the product price.

Payment Method

Credit cards are available.

credit card / VISA, MASTER, AMEX, and JCB cards are accepted.

​​Cash on delivery (Japan only) / Please pay for the product when it is delivered.

A cash on delivery fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be charged.

*Cash on delivery cannot be used if the total amount exceeds 300,000 yen (tax included).

Shipping Method

Shipping within Japan is free for purchases of 15,000 yen or more including tax.

If the amount is less than 15,000 yen including tax, a flat rate of 1,000 yen will be charged nationwide.

Shipping to the United States, 5,300 yen will be charged within 1kg, 7,900 yen will be charged 1.01kg to 2kg, and 10,300 yen will be charged 2.01kg to 3kg, and will be delivered by EMS (Japan Post).

 

Terms for Returns

We cannot accept returns unless the product is defective.

In the unlikely event that there is a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will exchange the item for a non-defective item after the item is returned to us, with shipping charges paid on delivery.
