For this special event, SABA'S, a brand exploring new ways to enjoy mackerel, teamed up with HEGE at NOMURA SHOTEN, a popular restaurant in Kuramae.

Through a menu created exclusively for the occasion, paired with carefully selected drinks, we were delighted to share a memorable dining experience with so many of you.

From SABA'S BIRIYANI, cooked in HEGE, to a variety of dishes that showcased new possibilities for mackerel, each plate highlighted the creativity of the chef together with HEGE's exceptional cooking performance. The result was a collection of one-of-a-kind dishes that could only be enjoyed on this special day.

Gathering around HEGE to enjoy good food, share a drink, and let conversations unfold naturally—these simple moments are the kind of dining experience we hope to create.
