HENGEN is a modern Asian restaurant based on oriental food wisdom, using seasonal Japanese ingredients in a imaginative way as the name suggests, and offering lunch courses centered on "kenbi porridge" with the theme of dishes that make you healthy and beautiful. (Hengen)" will be offering a 1st anniversary limited hot pot course menu with a special ticket for a limited time to commemorate the 1st anniversary.

Along with 4 types of garnishes (dried sweet potatoes, Chinese cabbage and needle cabbage pickled in yuzu sweet and sour vinegar, hachinose and medicinal mushrooms simmered in soy sauce, and itaya shellfish with chive sauce), choose one of brown rice, multigrain rice, or glutinous barley topping (hitashi beans)
