Asian Steamed Grouper

Ingredients

  • Grouper (white fish)
  • Salt
  • Grains pepper (roughly ground)
  • Ginger
  • Lemongrass
  • Kaffir lime leaves
  • Sake
  • Black vinegar, Minced ginger


How to make it

  1. Season the grouper with salt and pepper, add ginger, lemongrass.
  2. After tossing the kaffir lime leaves, pour in sake, cover it with a Lid.
  3. Steam for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat to complete.
