Ingredients

Grouper (white fish)

Salt

Grains pepper (roughly ground)

Ginger

Lemongrass

Kaffir lime leaves

Sake

Dipping sauce

 

Black vinegar

Minced ginger

 

Recipe

Cooking time20 minutes


1. Season the grouper with salt and pepper, add ginger, lemongrass.

2. After tossing the kaffir lime leaves, pour in sake, cover it with a lid

3. Steam for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat to complete.
