Ingredients
  • Chicken breast
  • Rice
  • Ginger
  • Green onion
  • Water
  • Mirin
  • Salt
  • White sesame oil
  • Roasted sesame seeds

How to make
  1. Mix sesame oil with rice.
  2. Put water in HEGE and add bite-sized pieces of chicken breast. Bring to a boil over low heat.
  3. Remove any scum, then add grated ginger, salt, mirin, and rice. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Add chopped green onions and mix.
  5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds.
