This time, to commemorate the release of HEGE director Masakazu Shigeta's cooking recipe collection ``Eating Beauty,'' we have arranged the recipes in the book into an instant gastronomy style. We will deliver beauty food for the mid-winter, along with a cooking experience using HEGE on a tabletop.

Masakazu Shigeta
After working as a technician in the music industry, she began working as a cosmetics developer in 2001, studying under her uncle, who was a dermatology researcher. Since 2004, she has developed numerous cosmetics as part of the cosmetics business of Nitto Denka Kogyo, a plating manufacturer founded by her great-grandfather, and has realized the importance of a five-sensory approach to developing healthy and beautiful skin. In 2017, she founded OSAJI, a brand that proposes a skin care lifestyle, and became its director. In 2021, OSAJI will produce a new store specializing in home fragrance fragrances, ``kako'' (Kuramae, Tokyo), and in 2022, a complex shop by OSAJI, kako, and restaurant ``enso'' (Kamakura, Komachi Street) will be produced. . In 2023, he will be working on the tableware brand ``HEGE'' that utilizes Nitto Denka Kogyo's technology, and the restaurant ``HENGEN'' (Kitaueno, Tokyo) that serves seasonal ingredients and porridge using HEGE.
