Who We Are
Nitto Elechemic Co., Ltd. was established in 1959 as a metal surface treatment manufacturer that applies rust-resistant coatings to metal surfaces. Metal surface treatment is a technology that utilizes "metal ions" or "minerals". Since its inception, we have continued to research these metallic ions and explored the ways to utilize our expertise and technology in areas other than metal surface treatment.
Metal Spinning
Metal spinning is a metalworking process that transforms a flat circular metal piece into axially symmetrical round shapes. It is accomplished by a roller positioned against the surface of the metal piece and a mold that is spinning at high speed.
Blasting
Blasting is a type of metal surface treatment in which an abrasive material is blown onto the product at a high speed to clean or decorate. It gives a matte texture, functionality and design.
Anodized Aluminum
Anodizing is a process that creates a micron-level anodized film (oxide film) on the surface of aluminum to protect it. Coloring is achieved by allowing dye to be absorbed into nano-level pores formed in the film.
