Beef tendon pad thai

Ingredients

  • Beef tendon
  • Ginger, Water, Mirin, Oyster sauce, Seasoning sauce, Sugar
  • Pad thai
  • Green onion, fried onion, coriander, as much as you like

How to make it

  1. Boil with beef tendon and seasoning in HEGE.
  2. Add Pad thai to absorb moisture. (The ratio of soup to noodles is 1:1, and water is added if the soup disappears before the noodles become firm enough.)
  3. Fry with oil as HEGE.
  4. Add as much fried onion and coriander as you like, and it's done.
