Ingredients

  • beef tendon
  • ginger, water, mirin, oyster sauce, seasoning sauce, sugar
  • Pad thai
  • As much green onion, fried onion, coriander as you like

how to make

  1. Boil with beef tendon and seasoning in HEGE
  2. Add pad thai to absorb moisture (The ratio of soup to noodles is 1:1, and water is added if the soup disappears before the noodles become firm enough.)
  3. Fry with oil as HEGE
  4. Add as much fried onion and coriander as you like, and it's done.
