Dried scallop and squid porridge

Ingredients

  • Dried scallops
  • Squid
  • Rice
  • Nampula
  • Salt
  • Green onion
  • Taihaku sesame oil


How to make it

  1. Soak the dried scallops in hot water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Please preheat over medium heat for about 30 seconds before cooking.
  3. Add Taihaku sesame oil to HEGE and fry squid.
  4. Rehydrate the dried scallops and add the juice.
  5. Add rice and boil on low heat for 15 minutes.
