Gizzard and Seri Larb

Ingredients

  • Gizzard
  • Garlic
  • Taihaku sesame oil
  • Nampula
  • Lime
  • Seri
  • Mint


How to make it

  1. Grate the gizzard and mix with garlic.
  2. Please preheat over medium heat for about 30 seconds before cooking.
  3. Add Taihaku sesame oil to HEGE and stir-fry, then remove from heat.
  4. Season with fish sauce and lime.
  5. Mix Seri and mint.
