Kamaage udon

Ingredients

  • Udon
  • Egg
  • Onion
  • Dashi soy sauce


How to make it

  1. Boil plenty of hot water with HEGE.
  2. Boil 2 balls of udon according to the instructions.
  3. Add egg, green onion, and dashi soy sauce while still hot and mix well.
