  • Pineapple 200g
  • Amazake 80mL
  • Coconut milk 50ml
  • Water 50mL
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Your favorite nuts to taste
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Mint to taste


How to make it

  1. Chill the HEGE in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  2. Add pineapple to the HEGE and mash, then mix in amazake, coconut milk, lemon juice, and water.
    *Adjust the flavor with a pinch of salt or extra lemon juice, if desired.
  3. Freeze in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until it reaches your preferred firmness.
  4. Remove once, stir well, then freeze for another hour.
  5. Top with crushed nuts, a sprinkle of cinnamon powder, and fresh mint to finish.
