Sake-steamed edamame Asian style

Ingredients

  • Cumin, Garlic
  • Edamame
  • Salt
  • Sesame oil, Japanese sake, Nampula

How to make it

  1. Please preheat over medium heat for about 30 seconds before cooking.
  2. Put the minced cumin and garlic in HEGE with white sesame oil and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
  3. Stir-fry the salted edamame a little, add sake, cover and steam for 5 minutes.
  4. Finished with a little fish sauce.
