Seaweed rice

Ingredients

  • Rice and water (1:1)
  • White soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger
  • Blue seaweed
  • Wakame seaweed and Funori seaweed
  • Small green onions, as much as you like


How to make it

  1. Add rice, water, white soy sauce, ginger, and green seaweed to HEGE and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, then boil on low heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Add Wakame seaweed and Funori and steam for 10 minutes.
  4. Finished by scattering Small green onions.
