seaweed rice

Ingredients

  • rice and water (1:1)
  • 1 tablespoon white soy sauce
  • ginger
  • blue seaweed
  • Wakame seaweed and Funori seaweed
  • Small green onions, as much as you like

how to make

  1. Add rice, water, white soy sauce, ginger, and green seaweed to HEGE and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Add seaweed and funori and steam for 10 minutes.
  4. Finished by scattering small green onions
