- Dry scallop
- Kelp
- Sweet sake
- White soy sauce
- Your favorite ingredients
How to make it
- Boil the star scallops and kelp in HEGE over low heat. Adjust the taste with mirin and white soy sauce.
- Once your favorite ingredients are seasoned, let the residual heat cool and then cool in the refrigerator.
*Avoid fried foods and meat as the oil will solidify when cooled.
