Summer oden with scallop soup

Ingredients

  • Dry scallop
  • Kelp
  • Sweet sake
  • White soy sauce
  • Your favorite ingredients

How to make it

  1. Boil the star scallops and kelp in HEGE over low heat. Adjust the taste with mirin and white soy sauce.
  2. Once your favorite ingredients are seasoned, let the residual heat cool and then cool in the refrigerator.


*Avoid fried foods and meat as the oil will solidify when cooled.
