- Tomato (medium size)
- Mitsuba
- Salt
- Fish sauce
- Yuzu pepper
- Sesame oil
- Honey
How to make it
- Chill HEGE in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Mix fish sauce and yuzu kosho in HEGE, then add sesame oil and honey.
- Add crescent-cut tomatoes and 5-centimeter chopped trefoil, then mix well.
- Season with salt to taste.
POINT
- If you chill HEGE in advance, ingredients will quickly become cool during the cooking process.
- It serves as both a cooking utensil and a dish for eating. Plus, because it's all in one, you'll have fewer dishes to wash.
