Tomato and Yuzu Pepper Salad

Ingredients
  • Tomato (medium size)
  • Mitsuba
  • Salt
  • Fish sauce
  • Yuzu pepper
  • Sesame oil
  • Honey

How to make it
  1. Chill HEGE in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix fish sauce and yuzu kosho in HEGE, then add sesame oil and honey.
  3. Add crescent-cut tomatoes and 5-centimeter chopped trefoil, then mix well.
  4. Season with salt to taste.

POINT
  • If you chill HEGE in advance, ingredients will quickly become cool during the cooking process.
  • It serves as both a cooking utensil and a dish for eating. Plus, because it's all in one, you'll have fewer dishes to wash.
  • Because it's made of a material with antibacterial properties (for more details, please refer to the FAQ), it's safe to handle raw vegetables as well.
