Ingredients

  • Somen
  • Sudachi
  • Mentsuyu of your choice

How to make it

  1. Boil Somen with HEGE and drain the water.
  2. Quickly wash the HEGE with water, then rinse with ice water.
  3. Cut the Sudachi.
  4. Complete with Sudachi on top of cold Somen and HEGE.
