Green Curry Recipe

Ingredients (φ250 Open Fire Deep Pot for 3 people)

Chicken meat

How to make it
  1. Heat HEGE with a drizzle of toasted sesame oil, then add bite-sized pieces of chicken skin-side down and stir-fry over medium heat.
  2. Add crushed garlic and finely sliced ginger, then gently mix.
  3. Once the meat is cooked through, add bamboo shoots sliced into 5mm pieces, bite-sized eggplant, green curry paste, and water, then simmer.
  4. Once it comes to a boil, add coconut milk and a cinnamon stick, then simmer further.
  5. Once the coconut milk has melted, add oyster sauce and fish sauce, then simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  6. Finish by adding basil and gently mixing, then it's ready to serve.
