Care Instructions

Open Fire Pot
○After use, wash with a soft sponge and mild dishwashing detergent, then dry thoroughly.
○Please avoid using metal scrubbers, melamine sponges, abrasive cleaners, or bleach when cleaning, as they may cause scratches or discoloration.
○Leaving salt- or oil-based residue on the product, or storing it in a humid environment, may cause rust or staining.
○If food has become burnt onto the surface, fill the cookware with water and bring it to a boil. Once the burnt residue has softened, remove it gently with a sponge.

Wooden Lid
○Before use, lightly wet the entire lid with water to help prevent odors and stains from being absorbed.
○If resin buildup occurs, we recommend soaking the lid in hot water to soften the resin, then wiping it away with alcohol or a similar cleaning agent.
○After use, gently wash with water or lukewarm water, then dry thoroughly before storing.

Cautions for Proper Use

Open Fire Pot
○Microwave ovens, convection microwave ovens, induction cooktops (IH), and dishwashers are not compatible with this product.
○Before cooking, always preheat over medium heat for approximately 30 seconds. Once the HEGE cookware is warmed, add a small amount of oil before use. Avoid prolonged preheating, as it may damage the ceramic coating.
○When cooking with heat, please use oven mitts or pot holders.
○Placing the product on a table or other surface while hot may leave marks. Please use a trivet or heat-resistant mat.
○Metal cooking utensils may damage the ceramic coating. We recommend using silicone, wooden, or nylon utensils instead.
○Avoid rapid cooling, overheating (such as deep-frying), or heating while empty, as these may damage the ceramic coating.
○Small irregularities or slight unevenness along the rim or surface of the product may be visible. These are a result of the manufacturing process.
○Do not heat the cookware while empty or apply concentrated heat to one area, as this may cause food to burn or damage the ceramic coating.

○Due to its excellent heat conductivity, food may burn more easily if cooked at the same heat level used with other cookware.
○To help protect the ceramic coating, we recommend using low to medium heat. Please note that cooking over high heat may cause discoloration due to overheating while empty.

Wooden Lid
○As this product is made from natural materials, slight variations in color and size may occur from one item to another.
○You may notice bluish areas or dark discoloration. These are natural characteristics of softwood and do not affect the quality or safety of the wood.
○Avoid storing the lid in boxes or plastic bags. Store it in a shaded, well-ventilated place.
