[Ingredients]
・Rice: 2 cups (maximum 2 cups recommended)
・Water: 400 ml

[Instructions]
1. Rinse the rice in the HEGE.
2. Add water. For fluffier rice, soaking the rice before cooking is recommended.
3. Cover with the lid and bring to a boil over medium heat.
4. Once boiling, reduce to very low heat and cook for about 10 minutes.
5. Turn off the heat and let it steam for 5 minutes. (Optionally, mix the rice and steam for an additional 5 minutes for even better results.)

Care Instructions

Open Fire Pot
○After use, wash with a soft sponge and mild dish detergent, then dry thoroughly.
○Avoid using metal scrubbers, melamine sponges, abrasive cleansers, or bleach, as they may cause scratches or discoloration.
○Leaving salty or oily residue on the pot, or storing it in a humid environment, may lead to rust or staining.
○If food becomes burnt onto the surface, fill the pot with water and bring it to a boil. Once the residue softens, remove it gently with a sponge.

Wood Lid
○Wet the entire lid with water before use to help prevent odors from being absorbed.
○If resin (pitch) appears, soak the lid in hot water to soften it, then wipe it off with alcohol.
○After use, rinse lightly with water or lukewarm water, then dry thoroughly before storing.

Handling Precautions

Open Fire Pot
○Do not use this product in a microwave, oven, induction cooktop, or dishwasher.
○Always coat the cooking surface with oil before cooking.
○Use oven mitts or pot holders when handling the pot during or after heating.
○Avoid placing the hot pot directly on tables or other surfaces, as it may leave marks. Use a trivet instead.
○Metal utensils may damage the ceramic coating. We recommend using silicone, wooden, or nylon utensils.
○Sudden cooling, overheating (such as deep-frying), or cooking without ingredients may cause damage to the ceramic coating.
○Small irregularities along the rim or surface may be present due to the manufacturing process.
○Avoid dry heating or applying heat to only one area, as this may cause burning or damage to the ceramic coating.

Wood Lid
○Because natural materials are used, individual lids may vary slightly in color and size.
○Bluish or darkened areas may appear, but these are natural characteristics of conifer wood and do not affect quality or safety.
○Avoid storing the lid in sealed boxes or plastic bags; keep it in a shaded, well-ventilated area.

Gas Stove
○Cassette-type gas canisters are sold separately.
○Please read and follow the safety instructions printed on the stove before use.
