[Instructions]
1. Rinse the rice in the HEGE.
2. Add water. For fluffier rice, soaking the rice before cooking is recommended.
3. Cover with the lid and bring to a boil over medium heat.
4. Once boiling, reduce to very low heat and cook for about 10 minutes.
5. Turn off the heat and let it steam for 5 minutes. (Optionally, mix the rice and steam for an additional 5 minutes for even better results.)

Care Instructions

Open fire pot
○After use, wash with a soft sponge and mild dish detergent and dry thoroughly.
○Please be careful when cleaning as using metal scrubbers, melamine sponges, abrasives, bleach, etc. may cause scratches or discoloration.
○ Leaving the product with salty or oily dirt on it or storing it in a humid place may cause rust or stains.
○If there is any burnt food, add water and bring to a boil. Once the burnt area has softened, remove it with a sponge.

Wood Lid
○Wetting the entire lid with water before use will help prevent odors from absorbing.
○If resin builds up, we recommend soaking the product in hot water to soften it, then wiping it with alcohol or similar.
○After use, wash lightly with water or lukewarm water, dry thoroughly and store.

Precautions for use

Open Fire Pot
○Do not use in microwave ovens, oven ranges, induction heaters, or dishwashers.
○ Always use oil when cooking.
○Please use potholders when cooking.
○If you place the pot on a table while it is still hot, it may leave marks, so please use a trivet or something similar.
○Metal cookware can easily damage the ceramic coating, so we recommend using cookware made of silicone, wood, or nylon.
○Please be careful not to cool down too quickly, overheat (for deep-frying), or leave the pot empty, as this may damage the ceramic coating.
○Small irregularities may be found on the edges or surface of the product, but this is due to the manufacturing process.
○ Avoid running the oven empty or heating locally as this may cause burning or damage to the ceramic coating.

wooden lid
○Since natural materials are used, there may be variations in color and size for each product.
○Bluish or black discoloration may be observed in some areas, but this is due to the natural characteristics of coniferous wood and does not affect the quality or safety of the wood.
○Avoid storing in a box or plastic bag, and choose a shady, well-ventilated place.

Cassette stove
○Cassette gas is sold separately.
○Please read the precautions written on the cassette stove before use.
